I fell in deep surprise and at the same time I disappointed as I could not find a way to utilise the loan amount......I therefore requested to allow enough time to answer the querry....I serched all possibilities and at last got an idea to purchase a plot for house.....I paid advance and approached the bank to get the loan amount.....But Miss A said sorry to me and informed me that she and the bank were in deep sorrow as they were not in a situation to help me....The bank had withdrawn the specified offer......Once again I fell in deep surprise and this time my surprise turned into deep disappointment.......I don't know why the bank violated it's own promise...I think it was due to the increased rate of inflation....This is a typical example for the social commitment of new generation banks....
